HOMESHAKE is the moniker of Peter Sagar, an artist and producer born in Edmonton, AB and now based in Toronto, ON. A prolific writer and multi-instrumentalist, Sagar has single-handedly written all seven HOMESHAKE studio albums, building a catalog entirely of his own making. From A2IM-certified releases like Fresh Air and Midnight Snack to his 2024 album Horsie, he has crafted a sonic world uniquely his own. His song “Love Is Only a Feeling” became the foundation of Joey Bada$$’s track of the same name, which has since garnered nearly half a billion streams. Beyond his own catalog, Sagar has collaborated with fellow musicians like Eyedress, and contributed remixes for artists including CoCo & Claire Claire and Luna Li.
